Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By doing so, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Account and Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. CraftPallet is not liable for any loss resulting from failure to protect your account credentials.
Products and Orders: All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, size, texture, or pattern. These are natural features of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee order acceptance. CraftPallet reserves the right to accept or cancel any order.
Price and Payment: Product prices listed include applicable taxes. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods. Payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant gateways. For data handling details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Shipping and Delivery: We currently ship only within India. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen logistics issues. A tracking number will be shared once dispatched. Delivery delays due to couriers or uncontrollable events are not the company’s responsibility.
Cancellation and Returns: All sales are final. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if not yet dispatched by contacting support@craftpallet.com. Confirmed cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Handmade Product Disclaimer: Every product is handcrafted, making each piece unique. Minor differences from online images or between products are normal and not considered flaws.
Intellectual Property: All content on CraftPallet.com, including images, logos, graphics, and text, is owned by CraftPallet or its content partners and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftPallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
