Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, log in to your CraftPallet account and navigate to the My Orders section, or email us at support@craftpallet.com with your order number.
Cancellation Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request within the 12-hour window and confirm it, your order will not be shipped, and you will be notified of the successful cancellation.
Refunds for Prepaid Orders: If payment was made online (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.), a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds for COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or as store credit. Our team will contact you for bank details. COD refunds are processed within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders are not eligible for cancellation if:
The cancellation request is made after 12 hours from order placement.
The order has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
Final Sale Policy: All sales are considered final once the order has been shipped. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any delivered products.
Handmade Products: As our products are handmade and often custom-crafted, slight variations are expected and not considered defects. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
